About the Role
We are looking for a driven [Job Title] to join our team and take ownership of [brief role description] from brief to execution. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can think strategically, coordinate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear event concepts and proposals
- Assist in coordinating and managing major events, campaigns, and activations
- Track project deliverables, timelines, and deadlines across multiple workstreams
- Support budget management including expenses, targets, and margins
- Conduct post-event evaluations, data analysis, and stakeholder reporting
- Take on additional responsibilities as directed by the team lead or management

What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in an events, MICE, or production environment (part-time or freelance) is an advantage
- Candidates with full-time industry experience will be offered roles and remuneration accordingly
- A can-do attitude with genuine passion for the events industry
- Comfortable working irregular hours and weekends when events demand it
